Unter den neun großen Produktionsstandorten von BYD ist der Industriepark der Fabrik Hefei der größte. Er hat eine geplante Fläche von 12.000 Mu, also etwa 8 Millionen Quadratkilometern. Damit ist er größer als die drei großen Fabriken in Shenzhen, Xi'an und Changsha zusammen. Daher ist die Fabrik Hefei auch als Hefei Super Base bekannt.

Bis Oktober 2022 wurden nacheinander 50 Sätze BYD-Phase-I-Wäscher geliefert.
